Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason.
If your order is delivered in several parcels, the withdrawal period starts after you have received the final item in your order.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your full order, we will refund the eligible amount, including the standard delivery cost paid for the original shipment.
Additional costs for premium or express shipping are not refunded.
For standard withdrawals, return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Cosmetic products and hygiene
Coastmetics products are cosmetic products.
For health and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed cosmetic products cannot usually be returned as standard returns once the seal has been broken after delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
